Description (ca. 1921):

Fleming's is a small English restaurant run by Ex-pat James Fleming. Because of Fleming's clientele being mostly government agents alcohol is served discreetly in public under the guise of soda pop. English tea is also served for many of Fleming's english patrons, one of which is Arlington Beech.

Fleming's is on the floor level of a repurposed textile factory and boasts a rustic industrial atmosphere, high ceilings, and repurposed furniture.
